How to generate a report

To create a report, you will need to proceed to Reports in the main menu on the left-hand side. A drop-down menu will appear and you will need to select the report you would like.

When you select a report, it will take you to a preview page for the report. You will be required to enter some details and then you need to click on Filter. You will then see a preview based on the information you entered and you will see an Export Excel icon which will download an Excel document when you click on it.

Time Off Balances Report

To pull the Time Off balances report proceed to Time Off and then select Time Off Balances. You will be taken to the Time Off Balances screen which will show you all employees and all leave balances for the different leave types. Just above the last column, you will see the Word Export and the excel icon. Click on the icon and a report will download.
