How do I post my pay run data to Xero?
Please proceed to Run Payroll and you will see a tab called Completed. Click on this tab and you will see all your completed pay runs. You will see a Xero icon and by clicking on this you can post your bill to Xero.
How can I resubmit a Xero bill?
Proceed to Run Payroll and click on the completed tab. You should now see all the completed pay runs. Click on the clog icon in the Action column for the pay run in question. You will see a menu appear and there should be an option called Re-Sync with Xero.
Why can’t I submit the bill to Xero?
Sometimes the connection between Xero and Karbonpay gets disconnected. Please go to Settings > Accounting > Accounting Integration. You will see a button called Update Xero Chart Of Accounts. Please click on it and you might be asked to log into your Xero account again. Once you have done this please go and submit the bill again.
